Organised by Rhiannon Lewis, the 4th edition of the Essence of Clinical Aromatherapy International Seminar will be held in person and online 20th & 21st May 2023
at the Royal Botanic Garden, Edinburgh, Scotland.

The International Clinical Aromatherapy Network (ICAN) together with Essential Oil Resource Consultants are following up on the success of their recent conference, botanica2022 with another major international seminar of clinical aromatherapy for 2023.
A dedicated ECA2023 seminar Application with live-streaming of lecture content also permits online attendance and dynamic exchanges between all participants.

Along with live in-person lectures from international speakers plus extra on-demand recorded presentations, ECA2023 also provides live networking and the opportunity to connect directly with suppliers of essential oils, related products and resources.

“Aromatic approaches to living well with terminal disease”
May 23rd and 24th 2023

In-person class, Edinburgh
In their advanced stages, diseases and conditions such as congestive heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and cancer along with neurological diseases such as stroke, Parkinson’s disease and dementia are associated with high levels of disability, distress and admissions to hospital or hospice.
This two-day class with Rhiannon presents clear patient-centred aromatic approaches to working safely and effectively with individuals with a range of chronic, progressive and ultimately fatal diseases. She will demonstrate how, with careful assessment, pertinent choices and sensitive applications of essential oils and related products, clinical aromatherapy has a values place in improving quality of life and helping in management of key symptoms.
